8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz cheddar cheese
green nnion
4 oz. green chilies
1/4 cup chopped ham
1/2 lb. chopped bacon
1 round bread loaf-hollowed out

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in flour until smooth cook for 1 minute.
Add salt, sugar, onion and sour cream. Add green chilies and stir to coat. Pour into 1-1/2 qt. baking dish. Spread cheese over top. Mix cracker crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 350 until brown and bubbly.
