Ingredients:  
1 - 1/2 cups diced ham
1 cup cheddar / cheese
1/2 cups lite cream
3 eggs, beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg - a dash or two
1/2 box of chopped spinach or broccoli, squeeze water out after defrosting
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:

Mix beaten eggs and cream together. Add pepper and nutmeg then add cheese, ham and vegetable.
Pour into an unbaked pie crust, (pan must be greased before hand), and bake at 350º F for 3o to 45 minutes until set and slightly brown on top.
Enjoy.
