10 onces soupe au tomate
18 onces pâte de tomate
20 onces jus de tomate
1 poignée fromage parmesan
1 cuillère à soupe sucre blanc
2 petits piments rouge hachés
3 cuilleres à thé de persil
1/2 " " " orégano
1/2 " " " epices à volaille
1/2 " " " sauge
1/2 " " " nutmeg
1/2 " " " thyme
Cuire à basse témperature et couvrir 1 heure.

2e Plat

1 livre lard haché
1 livre boeuf haché
Brunir la viande dans l'huile, et ajouter
2 gros oignons haché
2 gousses d'ail
1 tasse de celeri en dés
1/2 cuillere à thé de poivre
2 cuilleres à thé de sel
1 feuille de laurier

Cuire à basse température 1 heure.

A la fin de l'heure de cuisson, mettre les deux mélange ensemble et cuire 3 heures a basse température en brassant le mélange de tempe a autre.
