2 cups flour
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sal. oil
2 cups zucchini grated-rind and all
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
nuts

Mix and pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done.
