1-1/4 sugar
2 eggs
2-1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2 cups blueberries
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (cubed)
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar for top

Beat butter, sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt alternately with combined milk, water. Toss blueberries with remaining flour, fold into batter of cream cheese and lemon peel. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Combine sugar, flour, lemon peel for topping. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
