3 lbs. chicken breasts
1 tbsp. olive oil
8 ounces mushroom halves
1 large onion diced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can Italian tomato paste with Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. dry crushed sage
salt and pepper

Noodles (if wanted)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375
Season chicken with salt and pepper
Brown chicken in hot oil on each side until lightly brown (5 min)
Place chicken into 2-3 qt. baking dish
Cook onions and mushrooms on medium heat on stove top (5-10 min)
Stir in tomatoes, paste, sage and 1/2 cup water
Cook for 5-10 minutes
Spoon on top of chicken in baking dish
Cover with foil
Bake for 45 minutes
**You can remove foil the last 10 minutes to make sauce thicker if wanted

Serve alone or over a bed of noodles
