4 slices bacon,
2 packages of Buddig Dry Beef;
2 small cans of sliced mushrooms, drained;
1/4 cup butter;
1/2 cup flour;
1 quart milk;
1 tsp pepper;
16 eggs;
1/4 tsp salt;
1 c evaporated milk;
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and crumble. Put beef in bacon fat to sizzle. Make a cream sauce with butter, flour, milk and pepper - add mushrooms and beef (drain beef from fat).
Scramble eggs with evaporated milk, butter and salt.
Use large greased casserole. Put 1/2 cream sauce in pan then scrambled eggs. Add remaining cream sauce and top with crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered @275 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover for last 15 min. of baking time.

An old fashioned brunch dish that probably could be made with healthy substitutions - but it sure is good!
