* In a saucepan, beat together egg, sugar & flour.
* Add vinegar, water, pinch salt, butter.
* Bring to a boil.
* Thin with a little cream.

I brought home frogs, cleaned them, and Grandma proceeded to cook up the legs for me. I was sitting in the living room of the old house up on the hill. Grandma came running in towards me with her apron flapping and said, "Linda Ann, them frogs ain't dead yet. Their legs are drawin' up and they're about to hop outta the frying pan." She was right except for the fact that they were dead and stayed right there in the pan. And they were pretty tasty too!
