Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon Karo syrup
8 teaspoons baking soda
1 lbs. butter
3 lbs. peanut butter
18 cups oatmeal
1 lbs. chocolate chips
1 lbs. M&Ms (I use peanut M&Ms)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given in large pan (dish pan works well). Begin by beating the eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients. I use my large cookie scoop and drop them onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes at 350. Do not over-bake. Note, this recipe does not use flour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Can you tell we love these monsters? I usually just make half the recipe, but oh my are these ever good and they freeze really well. With the peanut butter in them, they stay really moist even after being frozen. Mixing them in a dishpan works well due to the amount of ingredients.

For years Bouck went on a Canadian fishing trip with my dad and some buddies and one of the guys always brought a batch of these cookies. Bouck loves them and I was finally able to get the recipe!
