1 egg white
3 T. oat bran
1 t. baking powder
3 T. powdered milk
2 t. zero calorie sweetener suitable for baking
1 t. flavor extract like vanilla or lemon, almond, cocoa, hazelnut, cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine
Pour mixture into nonstick muffin tins
(If there are any empty spaces, fill them with water to keep them from burning)
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before removing.
