4 fresh sweet potatoes
dash of salt
4 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 cup Red Hot candy
Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, chunk, and boil sweet potatoes in lightly salted water. Drain.
Using a fork, mash potatoes with butter, sugar, and candy; mashing lightly. Spoon into baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stir. Bake another 15 minutes, stir; candy should be dissolved. If not, bake a few more minutes until dissolved.
Top with marshmallows and return to oven until melted and toasty brown on top (about 5 minutes).
