Ingredients:
3 cups sugar;
3 cups flour;
1 tsp. salt,
3 tsp. baking powder;
1 tsp. vanilla extract;
1 tsp. almond extract;
6 eggs;
1 cup milk;
3 sticks of butter;
dash of mace (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to batter alternately with milk. Beat well. Bake in floured and greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for an hour or until cake tester comes out clean. A little undercooked is better - makes for a gooey cake bottom that Wright family members will eat and leave the top for Stu!

Personal Notes:
The almond gives this cake a nice taste - it is simple but really good.
