2 chicken breasts
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
flour
salt
pepper
cooking oil


SAUCE:
1 cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup cashews
chopped green onion
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Whisk egg and milk together. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture and flour again. Deep fry. Transfer to plate and set aside.
For sauce, boil water; add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved. Whisk in cornstarch until smooth. Reduce heat. Add remaining ingredients, remove from heat once thickened. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
