3 T. ground flax seed or flax seed flour
1 t. stevia
1/4 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk ingredients together and cook like pancakes in a pan heated with MCT or coconut oil. Don't over heat the oil, med-low is good. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
