1 t. milk or milk substitute ( yogurt, almond milk, even water)
4 drops liquid stevia
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/3 medium apple, finely minced
2 T. flax meal

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together egg, milk, cinnamon, and stevia until well beaten.
2. add flax and apple and let sit for 2-3 minutes, until thickened
3. heat 1 t. coconut oil in a small pan over medium-low heat.
4. pour mix into pan and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
