16 oz cream cheese-room temp
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
3 TBS minced onion
3 TBS salsa
1 tsp cumin
2 cups crushed nacho chips
crackers & chips
top of 1 bell pepper for stem garnish

Directions:
Directions:
* Using mixer, combine and mix all ingredients except chips & crackers.

* Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap & use wrap to form a ball.

* Chill for at least 2 hours.

* When ready to serve, roll ball into crushed nacho cheese chips.

* Place a bell pepper stem on top so it looks like a pumpkin.

* Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
