8 oz cream cheese
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
* Mix about 6 oz cream cheese & cheddar cheese.
* Roll into a ball.
* Cover ball with remaining cream cheese.
* Roll in nuts & chill.

*Grandpa Wright (Richard) liked 7-up. I remember sitting on the porch swing at the red brick house drinking 7-Up. The cows all had ear tags with numbers on them. So #7 became 7-UP. Then 7-Up disappeared. Finally they told me we were eating 7-Up. Never named the cows again.~ Stephanie
