2-1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Topping (to be added 30 minutes before it's done)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar

(Suggestion: Double everything for the topping)
