CAKE:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla


FROSTING:
5 Tbsp water
1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
In saucepan melt together butter, peanut butter, and water. Bring to boil. Pour over dry ingredients; mix well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. While cake is cooling, make frosting.
In medium sauce pan bring water, butter, and peanut butter to boil. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar and beat well. If too stiff to spread, add a bit of warm water.
Spread on cake and sprinkle with peanuts.
