Salad Mix:
1 cups ea thinly jullianed carrotts and broccolli stems
1 c raisins (or currants)
1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts

Dressing:
1/s c mayonaise
1 Tbls splenda or 2 Tbls light brown sugar
1 Tbls cidar vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put veggies, raisins and nuts in a large bowl.

Place dressing ingredients into a blender and blend on high until emmulsified.

Pour dressing over ingredients in bowl and toss untill coated with dressing. Cover and chill for 3-6 hours to marinate veggies and for flavors to fully develop.

As a change to regular coleslaw toss in about 2 cups shredded red and whitte cabbage and Double the dressing reccipe.
