1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 tsp onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce (divided)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp mustard (any style)
dash of red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix in onion, garlic, and 1/2 of tomato sauce. Form into loaf and bake 350º for 40 minutes.
In sauce pan, combine remaining tomato sauce, sugars, vinegar, mustard, and red pepper flakes. Bring to boil. Pour over meat loaf and bake and additional 20 minutes.
