2 cups of uncooked noodles (egg noodles)
1lb ground beef
1 10 oz. can tomato soup
1 16 oz. can of corn
1 8 oz can of ripe sliced olives (optional)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 med onion chopped
1.5 cups water
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cook onions until soft
Add beef and cook until browned-drain grease
Add soup, water.
Add noodles and cover-cook until noodles are tender (add more water if needed)
Add corn and cheese
Pour into buttered casserole dish and sprinkle with more cheese-Cook at 350º for 45 minutes.

Options: add 1 can black olives or diced tomatoes
