1 Pound of Ground hamburger
1 envelope of Onion Soup Mix
2 Eggs
2 Cans of Cream Corn

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Mashed Potatoes (enough to top pie)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, soup mix, and eggs.... Until all mixed together well.

Cook hamburger mixture in frying pan until completely brown.

Spray a 9 x 13 Pan with non sticking spray (like Pam)

In the bottom of pan, place hamburger, next layer will be cream corn, and final layer will be mashed potatoes.

Bake at 425 for approximately 45 to 60 minutes...Potatoes will be brown.
