2# stew meat
1/2 cup vinegar
2 TBSP sugar
carrots sliced
onion sliced
thyme to taste
salt and pepper
small can tomato sauce
flour for thickening
Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat add the vinegar and sugar. Add carrots onion thyme salt and pepper. stir in can tomato sauce. Simmer on low until done. Stir in flour for thickening.

Serve over mashed potatoes .
