1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Pumpkins
1 Egg
2 Cup Sifted Flours
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Butterscotch Morsel
1/2 Cup Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening & sugar, add pumpkin and egg and beat well. Add sifted flour, cinnamon, salt, mix will, add vanilla, butterscotch bits and pecans.

Drop onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
