# 10. Hamburger
5 or 6 Tsp. Mustard Seed
5 Tsps. Ground or crushed pepper
5 Tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Tsp. Hickory Smoked Salt
10 Tbl Morton Tender Quick Salt

Directions:
Mix well and refrigerate for 3 days- take out each day and mix well. On the fourth day shape into a roll and bake on a rack at 150 degrees for 9 hours. Cool and wrap in a plastic wrap. Let it age for 7 days or longer, keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
