1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c wine
1 T peanut oil
1/2 t ground ginger
2 T molasses (or however sweet you would like it)
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 lbs meat (any)

Directions:
Directions:
If using beef or chicken cut into chunks-place into bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl and pour over the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir occasionally.

Thread onto skewer or use for stir fry. If grilling, use left over marinade to brush over meat. For stir fry add all liquids.
