1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 cups crushed or 3 cups whole raspberries

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Using electric hand mixer, mix cream cheese and butter. Add sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix together dry ingredients. Alternating dry ingredients and milk, mix into creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal. Gently stir in raspberries, just until swirled throughout.
Place cup cake papers into muffin tins. Spoon batter into cups and bake 20-25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
