Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloin
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot (I usually use dried)
1 tbsp. minced garlic (I use fresh garlic I mince, you can use the jar kind)
1 tbsp. catsup
¼ tsp. onion powder (if I don’t have it I use real onion minced)
¼ tsp. ground red pepper
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine honey and next ingredients, stirring well. (sometimes I mix in a mayonnaise jar and shake). *Wash meat and place in either zip lock bags or any air tight container you have. Pour marinade over meat and refrigerate for 8 hrs. I have done it less but the longer it sits, the better it is. Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill tenderloins over medium hot coals 25-30 min, turning often and basting with reserved marinade. Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion says 160. (Larry cooks it, so I don’t know how accurate this is)

To serve, slice tenderloins arrange on platter and enjoy.

*I should tell you that tenderloin when you open it seems like 2 pieces of meat. I usually tie it together with string to make a bigger “roast” and it is easier to handle. This is one of my favorite recipes. I usually serve it with asparagus and or salad and mashed potatoes.
