2T Vegetable Oil
2lbs Ground Beef
1T Salt
1T Pepper - freshly ground
1 Onion - chopped
1 Red Pepper - chopped



1 Tin Diced Tomatoes - 28oz
3 Tins Red Kidney Beans - 14oz
1 Tin Tomato Paste - 6pz
4T Chili Powder

1 Onion - diced
4 Green Onion - chopped
Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Sour cream, guacomole

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat Oil in a large sauce pan. Add beef, salt and pepper and cook until almost browned. (5 to 10 minutes)
2. Add onion and look a few minutes and then add red pepper and cook a few minutes more.
3. Add the chili powder, mix ingredients well and let cook for a few more minutes
4. Add diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, tomato paste and heat through on low temperature - don't over cook.

You can differentiate each person's Chili experience by providing a wide variety of condiments& ingredients:

- onions finely diced
- sour cream
- gaucomole,
- salsa and
- cheese - your choice, usually cheddar but you can be creative
- green onions sliced
- jalopena pepper diced fine
- hot sauce
