Melissa Williams

1 whole chicken
Bay leaf
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Spaghetti noodles
Grated sharp cheddar cheese (more is always better)

Boil chicken with celery, onions, bay leaf, salt, and pepper until done. (Use the parts of the celery and onions you would normally throw away for the stock) Remove chicken, let cool, and de-bone.

Pour some of the chicken stock in a pot; add some water if the stock seems greasy and Worcestershire sauce. Chop celery and onions, add to stock, boil until celery and onions are done. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook spaghetti until done.

Layer in casserole dish: noodles, chicken, can cream of mushroom soup, celery and onions, shredded cheese. Pour chicken stock into casserole dish to right above noodles. Eye it!! Bake until bubbles and brown.
