5 1/2 cups bread flour
3 cups whole Wheat flour
4 cups warm water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T instant yeast

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, start with warm water, oil, sugar,salt and yeast. stir well.
Add 4 cups flour and mix well. Add the rest of the flour, 1 cup at a time,always mixing well when adding the last 1 1/2 cups mix a little at a time.
Grease the bowl well and knead again. Let set till double in size ap(approx. 1/2 hr). Knead well again, let rise till double, then divide into 4 equal portions, roll out and roll up into loaf. Put into greased pans and let rise. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Take out of pans and cool on racks for 20 minutes then bag tightly.
