3/4 c. margarine
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. raisins
1 1/4 c. candied cherries
8 oz. cut-up dates
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. candied mixed fruit
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. molasses

Melt the margarine and set aside. Sift the flour and place in a mixing bowl. Beat the eggs until foamy. Add all the ingredients, except the margarine, to the flour. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube. Add the margarine to the ingredients in the bowl and stir well. Place into the tube. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked.
