Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Brown a pound of Beef or Elk Hamburger, spoon off any grease
Add mustard, start with a Tablespoon then add until it has as much as you want, for moistness. Let cool.
Add 1 large dill pickle, chopped into small pieces.
Add chopped onion, as much as you like.
Mix all together.

Directions:
Directions:
Homemade bread tends to get soggy, so store bought works best or this sandwich. Serve with chips and a drink, milk, kool aid or soda. This is a messy sandwich, so use a plate. This sandwich works good served with a salad or soup, also.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mama served this sandwich often when she had company and didn't need or want to make spaghetti. And because her house was open to company, at anytime, she needed food that went the distance. I think she made this sandwich recipe, I've never seen it in any cookbook. She always had lots of napkins and plates on hand when she made these. She usually reserved these for when no one needed to go back to work, because of how messy these are. She served these with slices of onion, or winter green onions, pickled beets or potato salad. Very seldom did she serve just sandwiches.
