1 lb. sausage
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
1 cup salsa
24 (3 1/2" square) wonton wrappers
12 oz. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble, cook and drain sausage. Stir in cheese and salsa. Lightly grease a miniature muffin pan. Press wrappers onto pan so that the edges are extending. Place a heaping tbsp. of the sausage mixture onto each wonton wrapper. Bake 350º for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Top with sour cream and green onions.
