1/2 c butter
1 c water

1 c a-p flour
1/4 tsp salt

4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil butter and water together.

Add dry ingredients all at once.

Beat with vigor until mixture leaves sides of pan. remove from heat and cool slightly.

Add eggs one at a time, beating until shiny.

Drop batter 2" apart (18), 30 - 40 minutes, or, make long eclairs (12) 45 - 50 min.


Bake 375º

After cooled, fill with whipped cream. If not used right away, store in a sealed container for a couple of days, or, freeze until needed.
