PARMESAN CHEESE
GARLIC SEASONING
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
1 MED ONION SLICED
3 EGGS
OLIVE OIL

IN LARGE MIXING BOWL PLACE BEEF ADD ABOUT 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS 1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE AND SEASONING
MIX WELL WITH HANDS
BREAK EGGS IN CENTER OF MIXTURE AND CONTINUE WORKING IN WITH HANDS
ADD PARMESAN CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMBS IF NEEDED UNTIL GROUND BEEF STICKS TOGETHER WHEN MADE INTO A BALL
MIXTURE SHOULD NOT BE TOO DRY OR SO MOIST THAT IT STICKS TO YOUR HANDS

IN LARGE FRY PAN HEAT OLIVE OIL
SHAPE MEAT MIXTURE INTO DESIRED SIZED MEAT BALLS
FRY IN OIL ON MED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL SIDE IS BROWNED ROLL MEATBALLS ON UNCOOKED SIDES AND ROTATE UNTIL ALL SIDES ARE BROWNED
DOES NOT HAVE TO BE FULLY COOKED IF USING IN SPAGHETTI SAUCE
