Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 LARGE CANS TOMATO PUREE (OR 4 LBS FRESH TOMATOES BOILED DOWN IN SMALL AMOUNTS WATER) 2 LARGE CANS CRUSHED TOMATOES 4 SM CANS TOMATO PASTE 2 C PARMESAN CHEESE SALT PEPPER ITALIAN SEASONING 1 LARGE ONION SLICED FINE 3-5 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED ACCORDING TO TASTE 1/3 C SUGAR 2 TBSP BAKING SODA 8-10 ITALIAN SAUSAGE RAW OR PORK RIBS RAW MEATBALLS (SEE RECIPE FOR MEAT BALLS)

Directions:	Directions: OPEN ALL CANS AND ADD IN LARGE POT ADD ABOUT 1 CUP WATER BY RINSING CANS SLIGHTLY ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS TO POT MAKE SURE YOU ADD BAKING SODA WHILE SAUCE IS STILL COOL OR POT WILL BOIL OVER STIR WELL GENTLY ADD COOKED MEATBALLS STIR FREQUENTLY JUST UNTIL BUBBLY REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER ON LOW FOR ABOUT A WEEK (JUST KIDDING) SIMMER ABOUT 6-8 HOURS SAUCE IS DONE IN ABOUT 3-4 HOURS BUT THE FLAVORS WILL INTENSIFY AS TIME GOES ON PORTION OUT TO DESIRE FREEZES WELL
