10 slices of bread, cubed
2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. cubed ham
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread, use 1/2 of this in bottom of buttered 9x13" pan. Add 1 1/2 c. cheese, ad ham. Then add the rest of the bread cubes. Beat eggs, add milk, an the rest of the ingredients. Pour over bread in pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil, let set for 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 325º for 1 1/4 hours.
