1 white or lemon cake mix (with pudding)
11 oz can mandarin oranges (not drained)
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 1/2 cups milk
1 small can very well drained crushed pineapple
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges in large bowl. Blend on low for 2 minutes. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Pour batter. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minute. Mix pudding mix with milk until thick. Drain pineapple well. Save juice. Add pineapple and Cool Whip to pudding. Blend. When cake is cool, poke holes with toothpick. Pour pineapple juice over it. Frost with pudding mixture. Top with chopped nuts if desired. Refrigerate.
