1/2 cup almonds, chopped finely
1/2 cup apple, chopped
3 tablespoons grape juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup dried fruit, chopped finely (date, fig, apricot, cranberries, etc.)
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped finely
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
pinch of ginger
