1 Tin Beef Broth - 10oz
2/12C Tomato Juice
3T Lemon Juice
2T Onion - chopped
2 Cloves Garlic- sliced lengthwise
1/4t Tabasco Sauce
1/2t Salt
1/2t Freshly Ground Pepper
1C Green Pepper - finely chopped
1C Cucumber - finely chopped
1C Tomato - finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spear garlic pieces on a toothpick. In a jar, combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and share well. Chill 4 hours.
2. Remove garlic. Place mixture in freezer for one hour. But do NOT freeze.
3. Chill green pepper, cucumber and tomato.
4. Divide vegetables between 4 bowls or soup dishes. Pour semi frozen soup mixture over vegetables.
