Chicken Poppy Seed Recipe

2 lbs. Chicken cooked/brown
1 can cream of chicken
8oz sour cream

Topping:
1 Ritz Cracker sleeve
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet add just about 1 cup water. Add cut up pieces of chicken and cook for approximately 5 minutes until browned.

Remove chicken from skillet and lay in 9x13 baking dish

Mix together cream of chicken and sour cream. Pour over top chicken.

Topping:
Melt butter and mix in poppy seed
Crush Ritz cracker and then add to melted butter mixture
Crumble on top of chicken and sauce.

Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes
