2 packages Lime Jell-O
2 packages Cherry Jell-O
1 package Lemon Jell-O
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup small marshmallows
1 cup hot water
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped)

Directions:

2 packages of lime Jell-O dissolved in 2 cups of hot water. Pour into a 14” x 10” x 2” dish. Add 2 cups of cold water, mix, chill until set. Dissolve lemon Jell-O with hot water. Cook on low heat. Add cream cheese and marshmallows and blend well. Add crushed pineapple. Remove from heat, add mayonnaise and whipped cream. Chill until set. When set, mix 2 packages of cherry Jell-O dissolved in 2 cups of how water and 2 cups of cold water. pour over the two layers above.

This makes a pretty Christmas desert from Grandma Helen Hamer.
I half this recipe and do it in a 9" square baking dish.
