3 lbs. wings
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 c. butter

Sauce
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dip wings in egg, then coat with flour. Heat butter in electric fry pan. Cook wings until deep brown, then place on cookie sheet. Pour sauce over wings and baste often.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
