1 Duncan Hines or Pillsbury yellow "pudding" cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. oil

1 tsp. lemon juice
1 -8oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 egg



Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, egg, and oil.

Reserve 1 c. of batter and set aside.

Pat remaining mixture in 13x9 ungreased cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat lemon juice, cream cheese, sugar and other egg, with mixer, until smooth
Spread on cake, then crumble 1 c.of cake mixture on top.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
