1 batch of prepared Phyllo Dough
1 lb chunk dry cottage cheese or a carton of bakers dry cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/2 lb Feta cheese
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 lb butter
4 or 5 eggs
salt to taste, but check before adding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the filling and sprinkle evenly over the prepared Phyllo Dough. Fold to fit in a sheet pan (15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 2"). Brush top with butter and bake at 375º for 15 to 20 minutes until brown. Can put it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown also. To check for doneness lift the bottom with a spatula to see if browned.
