1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 (24oz. jar) salsa 2 1/2 c.
1 can (8 3/4 oz. whole kernel corn drained
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
10 corn tortillas (6 inch soft) cut in half
3 c. (24oz.) large curd cottage cheese
1 c. Kraft Sharp shredded cheese

Directions:

1. Brown meat, onions, and green pepper in large skillet on medium heat and then drain.
2. Add salsa, corn, and seasonings.
3. Layer 1/3 meat meat sauce, 1/2 of tortillas, and 1/2 cottage cheese in 13 x 9 pan.
4. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake 375º for 30 minutes.
