Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 4 -6 Halibut fillets (squares)
• 2-4 Tbs. butter or margarine
• Lemon pepper shaker
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a baking dish or pan (large enough accommodate fillets), add butter or margarine. Place baking dish/pan in oven long enough to melt butter as the oven is heating up. Season both sided of fillets with lemon pepper. Once butter has melted, remove and place each filet in the pan and turn it over, to coat each side with melted butter. In a separate bowl, mix enough cheese and mayo to cover fillets, adding more Parmesan until mixture tastes more like cheese than mayo. Spread mixture over halibut fillets. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until fillets are flaky and moist (do not over bake).
