1 1/4 - 1 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cup milk
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into pie plate or 8 inch square pan. Bake it 375º for 8 minutes. Cool. Stir cream cheese till very soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth and creamy. Add remaining milk and lemon instant pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. Pour at once into cooled, baked graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with more crumbs. Chill.
